ContactAri has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah.
Ari began working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Carmen Pingree school in Salt Lake City. She came to the Bridges Program at Kids On the Move in August 2010, where she is assisting with program development and providing direct services to children and families.
Ari has training and experience in a variety of interventions, including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Treatment and Education of Autistic and Communication-related Handicapped Children (TEACCH), Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), Functional Behavioral Analysis, Exact Sign Language (ESL), and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS).
Ari is bilingual (Spanish and English) and also knows some sign language. Working with children is her passion!

ContactBrittanie has a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Brigham Young University.
Brittanie joined the Bridges Program at Kids On the Move in August 2010 as an AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteer In Service Towards American) through the United Way Volunteer Empowerment Project.
As a VISTA, Brittanie is key to the systems and program development work that comes with launching a new program from the ground up. Her undergraduate training in understanding and working with communication disorders lends a helpful perspective to the team. She also helps the Bridges staff maintain a learning environment that supports direct services to enrolled families.

- LaurieLaurie BowenBridges Program Director
ContactLaurie has two Bachelor of Science Degrees: one in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Pscyhology from Utah Valley University, and a second in Communication Disorders from Utah State University. She is currently earning an Autism Specialized Studies Certificate through the University of California-Davis.
Laurie began working with children with autism in 2000 as a part-time aide in a home based ABA prgoram. Quickly this part-time job became an interest that changed her education focus and professional goals. Throughout the years, she has worked with several families as a consultant, creating behavioral and education plans.
In 2008 Laurie fulfilled her goal to work with Kids On the Move by joining the staff as an Early Intervention Specialist, where she provided direct in-home and center based services to children with a variety of developmental delays, including Autism. Due to her expertise with direct services to children with autism as well as organizational development, she was selected as the new Bridges Program Director in April 2010.
Laurie has been trained in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Floortime (DIR), Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), and Best Practices Interventions with Autism.

ContactMegan holds a B.S. in Psychology with an emphasis in developmental disorders.
Megan began her work in the field of autism as an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapist while working on her Bachelor's Degree. During her college years, she worked as both a therapist and consultant to families of children with developmental disabilities, in connection with several non-profit organizations.
After completing her Bachelor of Science in Pscyhology at Brigham Young University, Megan moved to the Washington, D.C. are to assist in building a non-profit autism foundation focused on educaiton, advocacy, and awareness for adults with autism. There she was responsible for develoing and implementing all community programs, including an annual Autism Training Seminar. IN addition, she assisted the director in running the day-to-day affairs of the organization and trained new staff members.
Megan joined Bridges Program at Kids On the Move in August 2010, where her expertise in organizational development as well as direct services to children and families is being put to good use!
